U svrhu istra\u017eivanja umnjaci su prikupljeni od odraslih osoba starosti izme\u0111u 19-29 godina.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Povr\u0161ine zuba su o\u010di\u0161\u0107ene te se potom vr\u0161ilo izdvajanje \u0107elija dentalne pulpe. \u0106elije ko\u0161tane sr\u017ei su dobivene od dobrovoljaca starosti izme\u0111u 20-35 godina te je izvr\u0161ena izolacija \u0107elija. Nakon niza protokolarnih metoda dokumentovano je da se osteoprogenitori mogu izolovati iz \u0107elija ko\u0161tane sr\u017ei zahvaljuju\u0107i njihovoj sposobnosti da se pridr\u017eavaju supstrata i odgovaraju\u0107om stimulacijom po\u010dinju da se razmno\u017eavaju.
