We recently took some time to talk to Future Health Biobank customer; Gary Bateman. The Bateman family is from Ashby-de-la-Zouch in Leicestershire. Gary has been working in the medical profession for many years. Gary and wife Suzanne used our umbilical cord collection service with their beautiful son Thomas in July 2015.
We are back in the office following The Baby Show held at the Excel between Friday 19th until Sunday 21st February in London and we were certainly kept busy!
We take some time to talk to Hannah Smith our Customer Care Manager who attended the event.
“This show was particularly special for me as so many of my clients popped by to introduce their new baby’s and surprisingly their small children (who I also looked after). How time flies! It was great to hear about their experiences and they were able to share these with other families interested in learning more about our services on the day. We got lots of pictures of our happy families and I also had lots of baby cuddles too!

We have just returned from yet another fantastic exhibition at The Baby Show which was held at the NEC in Birmingham. Running from Friday 15th until Sunday 17th May, our fabulous customer care team were certainly kept busy!
